Tour Details:

"King Casimir found Poland built of timber and left it built of stones and bricks" - as the saying goes. However, for many centuries, the traditional wooden construction remained the prevalet feature of the Polish country landscape. In various parts of Poland you can observe a wide diversity of styles and ornaments characteristic of local carpenters. This trip is meant for connoisseurs of the wooden architecture and takes you round the most remarkable examples of wooden churches, windmills, granaries, huts and manors.
